Many microfinance institutions rely on fragmented tools, spreadsheets, and manual processes to manage loans. These inefficiencies slow down approvals, limit operational visibility, and make it difficult to scale services to new borrowers.
This project focused on designing a simplified digital system architecture that connects field operations, internal teams, and borrower data into a unified workflow.

We mapped the full loan lifecycle and designed the operational architecture supporting the platform within 48 hours time.
